Personal information is exactly what it is; yours. You share your information with Beara Camping because you would like to book a stay with us or get more information. Beara Camping is a family run company established in Coornagillagh, Tuosist, Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Domains, and sub-domains of Beara Camping follow the Beara Camping regulation.

2. Data

Beara Camping only uses personal data that you provide directly. This may be because of a booking you have made or completing the contact form.

We use the following data:

- Name;
- E-mail address;
- Payment information;
- IP address.

3. Security

We protect all information you provide us with the most modern techniques. After all, you do not want your data to suddenly be out on the street. We do not allow anyone that has nothing to do with your data access to it. Should it be necessary that we share the data with other companies (see point 6), then we require such a company to handle the data just as carefully as we do. We keep personal data as long as necessary to process your booking. We then store the data for a maximum of two years for our own purposes (see point 5). The data will then be erased unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Completing your booking: We use personal data to complete bookings. If you make a booking with us, you naturally want it to be available on arrival.

Advertising: We understand that you want to know about all the latest offers that we have. After giving us permission, you can receive notifications of this through e-mail or via social media.

It is possible that we pass on the data to companies with which we partner with or to legal authorities if obliged to do so by law.

We want to make sure that you can use our website as optimally and personally as possible. We may use statistical services such as Google Analytics for this purpose. These services keep track of how you use our website.

We may use cookies. It ensures that our website works well and that you can enjoy the website visit.
